Zootopia: Mini Review

Glory due to movies that respond to issues with perspective. Zootopia caters to the left, but rarely places blame or victimhood on any spectrum. Rather it glorifies tenacity. It even seeks to explore the short comings of the unapologetic apologies often stated as: “but I didn’t mean it that way”. I did not feel this movie “dumbed it down” for a child audience. While not perfect, it stands as an authentic atempt to counteract polerizarion; to step back and think before speaking. I would show this film to any child. No matter if I was responsible to them by blood, by circumstance, or by choice. Childhood is where all persons begin. Cater towards quality, and we will always have hope for the next generation.
